Believe it or not, I couldn't find a single example of the airsoft M4 spring rifle. I know there have got to be some out there, but I personally have neither seen nor heard of them, except as a suggestion. As a result, the technical information on this page will be a little on the thin end.
That being said, what could we expect from an Airsoft M4 Spring Rifle, were we to find ourselves confronted with one? Well, for one thing, we could expect that it would not be an automatic or semiautomatic weapon. What you'd have to hope for is fast manual cocking capabilities, and a responsive trigger.
The Mysterious Airsoft M4 Spring Rifle
If it were like its brother, the spring powered M16, our mysterious airsoft M4 spring rifle would probably be an M4 in look and name only. Beautiful to behold, but unable to perform like the real deal, it would wind up being a fairly expensive toy gun. In that sense, you're better off saving up for the AEG.
All that being said, perhaps someone will come up with the technical innovation that makes this airsoft M4 spring rifle rock the house. I look forward to meeting that weapon someday; and if I hang around long enough, I'm sure I will. It's nice to have something to look forward to.
