Every Airsoft manufacturer and his brother, it seems, has a version of the popular Airsoft MP5. Most typical are the MP5A4 and A5. There are other variations, as well.
One variation that I find interesting is the Heckler & Koch MP5K. The K stands for Kurz, which is German for "short". The shortness refers to both its barrel length (5 inches), and its total length (a grand total of 13 inches).
Yet Another Great Airsoft MP5
Tokyo Marui makes this great compact Airsoft MP5, with all of the quality and precision they are so justly known for. This one runs on AK-type batteries; and while they're a pain to change in the field, you're not apt to use this as your main weapon anyway. This functions as a revolver, taking up roughly the same space, and with the virtue of being an AEG with full auto functions.
Secret Service agents, while guarding the President, often make use of the MP5K. You might like to make use of one, too! This is yet another great Airsoft MP5, joining the ranks of Airsoft's finest.
