Airsoft is all about Airsoft Weapons: replicas of genuine weapons, reproduced for fun and profit. The airsoft gun manufacturers love to make them because they make a pretty penny. Airsoft consumers (that's us!) love to buy them because they're really fun to shoot at our friends.
It's all about the guns, baby. We love our guns. We really do. They make us feel like wild men and women, going berserk in a lawless land. It's the thrill rush of action and adventure that we do not get in our ordinary lives. We watch movies, we watch TV... and there are some of us who take that extra airsoft step.
Airsoft Weapons Work It Out
In a weird way, airsoft is kind of like Fight Club, except without the punching in the face. On a deep level, we are working out aggression and primordial urge. I, for one, think that this is an incredibly healthy thing to do: and I approve of it whole-heartedly.
So airsoft weapons are the means by which we exorcise some inner demons, all under the aegis of a really good time. Bet you didn't think this whole airsoft thing went that deep! But they do, and airsoft weapons are the vehicles of our deliverance.
